Unless otherwise specified, the following notice applies to all contents of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of New Haven County, Inc. Web site, www.hbranewhaven.com.

The Home Builders and Remodelers Association of New Haven County, Inc. (HBRA) provides the information, text, graphics and links herein as a service to both member and non-member homebuilding industry professionals and housing consumers. Use of this Web site is conditioned on the user’s acceptance of all of the terms and conditions contained in or on the site. Use of the site constitutes the user’s agreement to abide by the following terms and conditions and in accordance with the HBA’s privacy policy.

The information contained within this site represents a best effort to provide extensive, accurate and reliable information. The HBA does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. Under no circumstances will the HBA be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of any content made available via this Web site.

You agree that you will not use the name of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of New Haven County, Inc. or the HBRA logo in any advertising. HBRA members have certain privileges in regard to using the HBRA Member Logo and identifying themselves as association members. To obtain the HBRA Member Logo and usage instructions, members should contact the HBA by e-mailing info@hbanewhaven.com or calling 877-414-BLDR. The HBRA Member Logo and usage instructions are not provided on the HBRA Web site.

You agree to provide true and correct information about yourself.

You agree not to use any service or content provided by the HBRA for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortuous, improper or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes or may infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of another.

You agree not to use any service or content provided by the HBRA for the transmission of junk mail, spam, chain letters or unsolicited mass distribution of e-mail, faxes, telephone calls and/or postal mail.

You agree not to use any service or content provided by the HBRA for promotion of commercial products and services or for solicitation of any kind.

Information and content received from the HBRA Web site may be displayed and printed for your personal, informational, non-commercial use only. You have no rights whatsoever to and you agree not to reproduce, retransmit, repost, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast, create derivative works from, perform or in any way commercially exploit any of the content or infringe upon trademarks, service marks or copyrights displayed or received from the HBRA, including but not limited to others in the same company or organization, without the HBRA’s express prior written consent.

You have no rights whatsoever to the proprietary software and related documentation, or any enhancements or modifications thereto, provided to you to access the HBRA Web site. You may not sublicense, assign or transfer any licenses granted by the HBRA, and any attempt at such sublicense, assignment or transfer is void. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the HBRA Web site.

The HBRA Web site contains links to other Internet sites, resources and HBRA member companies. The HBRA is not responsible for the availability of these outside resources or their contents. The HBRA does not endorse, nor are we responsible for, any of the contents, advertising, products or other materials on such sites. Under no circumstances shall we be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damages caused or alleged to have been caused by use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on such sites. Any concerns regarding any external link should be directed to its respective site administrator or Webmaster.
